Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Buyers)
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email) before the end of the 30-day period.

2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract:

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a means of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods to us or deliver them to us at the address specified by us.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods (i.e. you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs).

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Return Conditions & Process

Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unused, and in original packaging.

Please include the original purchase receipt or order number inside the package.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and determine it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 14 days.
4. Non-Refundable Products / Exceptions
Some products may not be eligible for return or refund:

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a defective or incorrect item, contact us within the 30-day return period. After we approve the exchange, we will arrange for you to send the item back, and we will ship the replacement to you. Note: you are still responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the error was ours.
