Terms of Service
1. Definitions
In these Terms, “Buyer” means any individual or entity placing an order on neondriftshop.com. “Seller” refers to NEONDRIFT LLC. “Consumer” means an individual purchasing products for personal use only, not for resale or commercial purposes.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. NEONDRIFT LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and changes will apply only to future purchases.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are shown in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Since shipments are made exclusively within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply to Buyers.
4. Payment
We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other methods provided during checkout. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment processing.
5. Invoicing
Invoices are automatically generated and sent by email. Buyers are responsible for entering correct and accurate billing information.
6. Product Availability
Products are available as long as they are listed as “in stock” on the website. In the event that an ordered item is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
7. Orders and Cancellations
Orders are accepted exclusively through our website. Buyers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and return rules apply. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 3 business days, please contact our support team.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within the European Union only. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are covered by the Seller. Buyers are required to check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any visible damages within 72 hours.
9. Returns and Complaints
Buyers may request a return or file a complaint within 30 days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.
10. Warranty
Products are covered by warranty in line with EU consumer protection regulations. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and design, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Customers may submit complaints by contacting us at support@neondriftshop.com. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be handled by the competent court in the Seller’s jurisdiction. Buyers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
