Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Areas
We ship only within the European Union. Orders cannot be shipped outside the EU at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination within the EU.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders (cost covered by NETA GROUP LLC).

In some cases, additional handling fees may apply (you will be informed at checkout if so).
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Because we ship within the EU, no additional customs or import duties will apply for EU buyers. All costs are included in the purchase price.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please check the package at the moment of delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or the product, mark “reserve to control” (or similar notation) on the courier’s document and notify us within 72 hours with photographic evidence.
7. Loss or Damage
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@neondriftshop.com. We will work with you to inspect the claim and determine whether to issue a replacement or refund.
8. Delivery Exceptions

Delivery addresses must be complete and valid; we are not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

We may refuse shipment to PO boxes or remote locations in certain EU countries (depending on courier services).
